Affiliate Disclosure — RUMMYES

What it changes for you

The arrangement does not change the welcome bonus, the ongoing promotions, the deposit minimums, the withdrawal windows, the KYC requirements, or the game library you receive after signing up. It is identical to a direct visit. It does not add a tracking cookie that a direct visitor would not have, because the operator's own cookies run on the operator's own domain regardless of where you came from. If you prefer to visit the operator without a referral attached, you can simply type the URL into your browser; neither we nor the operator will penalise either route. We also want to be clear about what the arrangement does not do. It does not entitle you to a different support experience at RUMMYES, it does not give the operator any additional information about your visit beyond the referral attribution, and it does not change the risk warnings or self-exclusion options available to you. The attribution ends at the point of sign-up; after that the account is yours in exactly the same way a directly-registered account would be, with the same KYC path and the same cashier.

Regulatory note

Indian consumer law requires affiliate commissions to be disclosed in plain language on the surface where the recommendation appears. The footer of every page on this site carries a one-line disclosure linking back to this document; the review and bonus pages carry a second disclosure next to the CTA button for the same reason. Separately, we comply with the voluntary disclosure standard set by the self-regulatory body for the Indian online rummy sector. That standard goes further than consumer law requires — in particular on the placement of risk warnings — and we think the extra friction is worth it. We also treat the Advertising Standards Council of India's code on gambling as a floor rather than a ceiling: where ASCI says 'disclose at the end of the page' and we judge the readable position is at the top, we disclose at both. We also list every outbound tracking link that goes through our /play/ redirector in a public changelog that is updated the same day we add or remove a link. The changelog is linked from this page and is available in RSS for readers who want to audit our link decisions over time without needing to re-read the whole site. If a link is removed because the operator ends a specific promotion, the changelog explains the specific trigger rather than attributing the removal to a vague editorial-standards reason.

Pricing note

The commercial terms we signed are standard for the Indian online rummy market and are not disclosed in detail here because the operator considers them confidential. In practice this means the commission is in the single-digit percent range of first deposit, with no further ongoing revenue share beyond a short cliff. The precise structure does not affect the editorial decisions on this site: a referral worth less than the industry median is still enough to run a site that updates on a quarterly schedule and employs a part-time editor and a part-time technical lead. The precise structure of the deal is reviewed internally once a year. If a renegotiation changes the structure materially — a shift from first-deposit commission to lifetime revenue share, for example — we will note the change on this page before the new terms take effect. We will not back-date the note and we will not use the renegotiation to quietly weaken this disclosure. The structure we have today is also roughly in line with the market median for Indian rummy affiliate agreements; we do not have a special deal that would create a special incentive.

How we earn

This site is funded by a referral agreement with RUMMYES. When a visitor opens an account through one of the outbound links on this site and completes KYC and a first deposit, the operator credits the account with a referral commission. The visitor pays nothing extra on top of the deposit, the terms of any welcome offer are identical to a direct visit, and no part of the fee is subtracted from the player's bankroll. The commission is paid per registered-and-deposited account, not per click and not per impression. This matters because it means we gain nothing from a visitor who clicks through and then does not stay — our interest is aligned with the player's over the medium term. The referral agreement itself is non-exclusive, which matters more than it sounds. A non-exclusive agreement means we are free to walk away without triggering a penalty, free to publish a less-favourable review of RUMMYES without breaching a contract term, and free to put a competitor's review above RUMMYES on a comparison page when the evidence supports it. The commission structure also stops at a short cliff — there is no ongoing revenue share stretching for years, so a reader who stops playing six months after signing up does not continue to generate commission for us. These structural details are not individually interesting but together they explain why the arrangement is more honest than the standard affiliate contract on the market.
